Institute prospectus will be issued as on amount of Rs. 2,000/-
for each academic year. Prospectus fee may be changes as per academic year,
subjected to the expenses. The fee of the prospectus will be utilized on the
printing and press of the admission and entry test process. Incentive to the
entry test administrative staff and selection committee will be given from the
prospectus amount as per level and participation of the staff in the entry
test.
- The admission policy of the KINAHS is based on purely merit. Students who meet requirements for admission (i.e. education marks, qualify Test / interview etc) will be enrolled to BScN. The KINAHS reserves the right to examine each applicant’s suitability for program.
- A candidate seeking admission in any of the program shall apply on a prescribed form, available in institute/website. The candidate shall submit the application form along with attested photocopies of all the documents as mentioned in the application form.
- If a candidate did not report to the institution on the announced date for admission and classes, and fail to submit the prescribed semester fee within due course of time, then his/her admission will be considered cancelled and the candidate from the waiting list will be called for admission. This decision will not be challengeable in any court of law.

Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (F.Sc Pre-medical) or possessing an equivalent
qualification from a recognized board. The merit for admission will be

The Chairman of Admission Committee will display the merit list of candidates. Objection, if any, be submitted to the Admission Officer, in writing, who will be competent to rectify any error or omission five days before the date of interview. The final merit list will be displayed two days before the date of interview.
Terms of Reference
- Admission Committee will be responsible for the admission process and final selection of the candidates.
- The decision/recommendations of the committee will be final.
KINAHS
STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
KINAHS offers 100% Scholarships (as per HERA Scholarship
Policy) to the students of Generic BSN& BS AHS (4-Years degree program), as
per following categories: -
- Meritorious Scholarship
- Need based Scholarship
- Backward area/FATA scholarship (for females only)
The scholarship covers the Semester tuition
fee, admission fee only. Students availing the scholarships are liable to pay all other fee including PNC and KMU registration, Examination fee, Health Foundation Fee, Hospital fee, hostel fee (if any) and Annual Retention fee.
- Merit scholarship will be awarded to those candidates falls under the following criteria: -

- Merit Scholarships will be awarded to top position holder students in the class on the basis of scoring in the merit list upon entrance into the program and then based on scoring in the final exam of Khyber Medical University (KMU) in each semester.
- Merit Scholarship holders must continue to have a good academic performance to retain the scholarship during their entire studies program. The Merit Scholarships may be transferred to other students, if the students receiving the scholarship fail to maintain at least 3.5GPA in the next KMU semester exam.
- Need based Scholarships will be awarded to the neediest and deserving students who will be evaluated on the basis of evidences provision. This scholarship will be subject to achieving minimum passing percentage in all subjects after initial award.
- In case, the students fail to maintain passing percentage in the subsequent KMU semester examination after getting the initial need-based scholarship, the scholarship will be withdrawn for that semester.
- The need-based scholarship withdrawn, will not be awarded to students other than those declared as deserving upon entrance into the program by the KINAHS Scholarship Committee.
- The need-based scholarship withdrawn, will be re-awarded to the same students after achieving the required GPA again in the next semesters.

It is mandatory for every student to abide by
the following rules & regulations framed by the institute:
- All the students should have at least 75% subject attendance in order to sit in examination. Student falling in short attendance will be detained from subject examination.
- 100% attendance is necessary on clinical sessions. Each student will have to attend classes and practical work regularly as per the university/ Institute requirements. Student absent from clinical attendance will compensate to makeup 3 clinical days for 01 day absent.
- Students must have to follow Institute dress code/uniform strictly.
- Each student is issued an identity card which she /he must always carry and shall produce whenever asked by the institute’s authorities. No student will be allowed to enter the institute’s premises without the identity card.
- In case of illness or any other cause, permission shall have to be obtained from the principal to be on leave from in writings. Medical certificate of Hospital must be presented in case of any disease treatment. Leave for half day should be avoided, as far as possible, for security reasons. In emergency however, a written permission must be obtained from the Principal and class teacher.
- Student are not allowed to possess any cash and articles like ornaments etc. The college will not be held responsible for any loss of the above, if kept by a student.
- Rules and regulations of the hostel shall have to be followed and order of the warden will have to be adherded.
- No student will be allowed to take the examination unless he/she has cleared all the dues.
- Students will neither allow to enter the Institute nor to attend clinical sessions without proper display of their identity card and overall.
- No political activities are allowed in Institute, hostel or on clinical.
- Socially unacceptable activities and Ragging is strictly Prohibited. Any students found involved in ragging/unacceptable activities would be rusticated from the institute with immediate effect.
- Students have to submit all the written assignment in soft form through email.
- The Institute has zero% tolerance policy in plagiarism, physical abuse, any kind of harassment among students, and any misbehave with the faculty member.
- Other government rules and regulations notified by administration from time to time will be applicable accordingly.
- In terms of assignment submission rules, assignment submission after due date will lead to deduction of 5% marks/day.
- The carrying of Mobile Phones in the college is strictly prohibited. If a student is found with mobile, the case will be dealt by disciplinary committee and the decision will be final.
- The mode of payment of fees should be strictly followed. If any installment is not paid in time, the name of the student will be struck off from the roll.
- Parents/guidance can meet the Principal on any working day, in between 9.00 to 11.00 A.M. or by prior appointment. It is mandatory for students as well as parents to abide by college rules & regulations. The parents are required to attend the parent’s teacher meetings on a regular basis and the teacher should be informed about any absenteeism, prior to the meeting. A respectable Code of conduct along with punctuality should be maintained at each meeting.
In
case, if student want to cancel/withdraw his/her of admission of 1st semester,
the fee refund will be made as per policy given below:
- Admission /Registration fee will
not be refunded at any cost.
- If student want to cancel/withdraw
his/her admission before the commencement of regular classes, fee refund
will be made as per policy after necessary deduction
- Security deposit, if any, will be
100% refunded to the student
- If student want to leave this institute/withdraw
admission after the commencement of regular classes or in any semester
during the whole degree/diploma program, (S) he will be oblige to pay the
remaining all semesters fee as a penalty without claiming in any court of
law.

RE-ADMISSION
A student whose admission is
struck off on the basis of long absence under the struck off policy of the
institute can apply for re-admission to the principal within 15 days of the
issue of such notification. The principal may approve re-admission upon payment
of Rs. 10,000/- of the re-admission fee, along with any outstanding dues.
Re-admission for the second time
in a current academic session shall not be generally allowed. However, in
exceptional cases, applications with valid documentary evidence may be
forwarded to the principal. Approval will be granted only if the applicant can
demonstrate the ability to meet any attendance shortfall and fulfill at least
75% attendance requirement for the remaining period of the session.
