A
candidate eligible to apply for admission in LHV Diploma Course shall fulfill
all of the following criteria:
1. Matric
(Science) with 50% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as
compulsory subjects) ·
2. Any
candidate having passed SSC or equivalent examination without Biology as a
subject shall not be eligible to apply for admission.
3. Any
candidate having higher qualification (e.g., F.Sc. or higher, whatsoever the
case may be), but having lesser than 50% of the total obtainable marks in the
SSC or equivalent examination, shall not be eligible to apply for admission.
4. F.Sc.
(Pre-Medical) or equivalent, higher qualification is not a mandatory
requirement for admission into LHVs Diploma, but shall be granted weightage in
the form of marks, provided that the marks obtained by the candidate in F.Sc.
(Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination should not be lesser than 50% of the
total obtainable marks, as explained in the relevant section on selection
criteria.

about their healthcare issues.

They
guide the females about different methods of family planning.
·
LHVs work
for maternal health at grass root level.
·
They
provide the medical treatment for common diseases. They also guide the females
about prevention of common diseases.
·
LHVs
ensure that new born children are provided with immunization facility.

Note:
- All the fee and charges shall be subject to revision, as may be determined by the institute and all governing bodies, from time to time.
- All fee and dues of the first semester/year must be paid within 15 days of the grant of admission, otherwise his/her admission will be considered cancelled and seat will be offered to the next candidate on merit list. For subsequent semesters fee and dues if not paid within 15 days of start of semester, a fine of Rs. 100 per day will be imposed. If the student fails to pay his/her fee and dues within 30 days, his/her name will be struck off from the institution.
- Graduation fee/Transcript/Diploma fee is not included in the aforementioned fee structure.
